Even after so many years in Telluride (Christmas of 1980, originally from Mississippi), I consider it a daily privilege to live in this community. It’s a privilege to walk to Nevasca from my house with the mountains as a backdrop, to walk along the San Miguel to the post office, and to jump on my bike to go to the grocery store.
Beyond these blessings are all the incredible people (and animals) in my life. My 24-year-old son Layton, currently studying film in Rio de Janeiro. My significant other of 20 years, Frank Stuchlik, with whom I hope someday to build a boat and sail the Great Loop (circumnavigation of eastern North America). The volunteer EMT’s I have worked with for many years. The children I care for in my other role as Director of the Rascals Toddler Program, as well as their parents. I am lucky to work with a great team at Nevasca Realty, where I’ve worked steadily since 2000. There is no better boss than Erik Fallenius! A perfect day, for me, is hiking or cross country skiing until I’m tired, coming back home and then getting into the hot tub to soak and enjoy the magnificent view of Ajax Peak.
I feel privileged to be able to share my love of this area with clients, and to offer them access to the information and experience my years here have brought me.
